I know that is a lot of work but it should result in a working version of ANSYS to your system again. What graphics card do you have on the machine Did you try updating its driver. Moving this question to other category to get better response. I think the problem was that ae was selecting to use a graphics processor tied to the docking station and not the internal graphics processor on the laptop. I tried with the three different version now available for students (2019 R2, 2019 R R1) but the exact same problem occurs. The problem was fixed when I unplugged the docking sation and launched AE - then i could replug in the docking station after AE launched. Until its license expired I could use with no issue Ansys 2019 R1. Ansyswbu Encountered A Problem License Expired I Check it again, and let me know how it goes. Thirdly, If the PC is slow, I also suggest you do a restart of the system to clear stack memory. This should be fine and should help you solve your problem. I have no issue importing a part or creating one with DesignModeler, however, anytime I try to go to the next step of the project to make a meshing and such I receive an error message(I joined both texts I received to this publication), sometimes a new page opens for Modeling but it never shows my part and doesnt let me refresh the project from there (or do anything).
